Our investigators can work undercover to help you determine whether
your husband/wife is committing adultery. We will work with you to
develop a plan that makes sense for your situation.  Many clients have
not yet contacted an attorney upon calling our office.  Why hire an
attorney if you don't know if your spouse is cheating?  In this situation
we will work directly with you to gather the evidence that is needed in
every divorce case; Opportunity and Disposition. We will need to show
that your spouse is alone with someone for a period of time where they
could be having sex.  This is known as "Opportunity".  We do not have
to see or videotape what they are doing but simply document what

I have been working as a Maryland Private Investigator for 12 years.
I still find it very interesting and challenging to document someone's
activities without their knowledge. The most difficult part of this job
is being able to follow someone in a vehicle.  I wish it was as easy as
they make it appear on television.  When is the last time you saw a
television show where the person being followed was lost in traffic?

Most people have an expectation that they can have someone
followed all day/night long.  Although it may be possible to watch a
stationary location for days at a time without being discovered, it is
very difficult to follow a vehicle all day long without being discovered.

The success or failure of having someone followed depends on a
number of factors.  The type of person being followed (aware of their
surrounding, high speed driver), traffic conditions (rush hour, heavy
rain, a lot of traffic lights), country roads v.s. open  highway,
night v.s. day and the distance being traveled.

It's a Balancing Act between "don't lose him/her" and "don't get
caught".  There are no guarantees.  It may take multiple attempts to
accomplish your surveillance goals when following a vehicle is part of
the requirement to gather evidence. As part of our discussion related
to your surveillance goals we will also ask you some questions related
to following your spouse.  There are times where the investigator
may notice a change in the targets driving behavior which may

time they disappear together and what time they reappear.  We then need to show some type of public
affection which is a kiss, holding hands, a hug, walking with arms around each other, etc.   This is known
as "Disposition".In the event that your spouse is caught, you decide whether to take this information to
an attorney.  Just because you have the evidence does not mean you have to act upon it.  We'll help guide
you through the process step by step.   AAA Surveillance, Inc., can also work directly with your attorney.
Your attorney may want our investigation to focus on something very specific that he/she feels will benefit
your case if it were to go to court.  We gather the evidence that your attorney needs to present the
strongest possible case on your behalf.

We will help you through the process of determining which type of surveillance is needed based on the
amount of information that you have.  There are some situations where our client already knows the
person that they suspect their spouse to be cheating with and know that this person is not married or
living with anyone.  In this situation we would expect that their residence would be a logical meeting place.
If you do not have a lot of information about the other person then we would have to follow your spouse to
the meeting place.

The purpose of surveillance is to gather information on an individual without
their knowledge.  The information obtained is typically documented by
having the investigator type a detailed report.  The report would include the
surveillance date, starting time, description of what is observed upon arrival
at the surveillance location (vehicles present, tag number, etc.).  The report
would continue with all activity of the subject being monitored and/or
interaction with others, places visited.  Video tape of these activities would be
available for review by our client at the conclusion of the surveillance event.
Important video would be converted into photos and inserted into the report.
Surveillance
The report would conclude with the time the investigator discontinued surveillance, arrival time back at
the office, total miles traveled and any expenses.  An invoice would be created based on this information
for our client to review.  Based on the results of the surveillance event the client can then decide if any
additional surveillance is required.  Our client has to decide what, if anything, should be done with the
evidence.  In a typical Adultery investigation you may decide to keep the information to yourself in the
event that you need it at a later date or take it right to an attorney.

Most surveillance events are scheduled a few days ahead of time but there are times where we are able to
react the same day.  You never know when your spouse is going to come up with a story about having a
late meeting and will not be home until 8pm.  That's the perfect time to see whether he/she is telling the
truth or if something else is happening.  The important thing is that you get your paperwork into our
office so that we have everything we need to get started in the event something last minute comes up.
There is no charge for you to submit your paperwork and allow us to have your case file up to date.  You
may never need to use our services in which case we would shred your documents once you know
everything is fine at home.

Our investigators travel throughout the state of Maryland to conduct surveillance.  In some situations we
are allowed to travel out of the state in order to gather evidence for your case.

Well as you can imagine, weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) are very busy
days for Detective Agencies.  The more notice you can give us the better chance
you have of getting it scheduled.  Once we have your initial paperwork all you
have to do is give us a call if you think that a good opportunity has come up.
Here are a couple of  typical requests:

Client Speaking;  I need mobile surveillance starting at my residence this
Thursday at 9:00am.  My wife says that she is going shopping for most of the
morning and will call me later in the afternoon.  Continue surveillance even if
she does go to the mall or other store to see if she eventually meets someone.
Requesting Surveillance
Discontinue surveillance when she returns home.  I know that she would not have anyone over the house
because my neighbors would see it.  If you lose her in traffic call me because I may be able to call her to
see if she answers and may be able to find out her location without her suspecting anything.

Client Speaking;  Have your investigators watch our house next Monday from 8:00am until 4:00pm.  I want
to know if my husband leaves or if anyone comes over (female) to visit him.  He's taking the day off and
really has nothing planned.  I've been seeing some strange things around the house the past couple of
months.  Recently I came home and he had cleaned the bathroom and vacuumed the floors; he never does
this.  So I really expect that if he is seeing someone it's at our house.  So if he drives away just wait to see
how long he is gone and make sure he doesn't have someone hiding in his vehicle when he returns.
Someone may also park down the street and walk up the sidewalk to enter our house.

Each case is different and we'll need to discuss your situation in detail so that we know exactly what you
expect to happen.
Maryland Detective
indicate that they have become curious about one or both of our vehicles.  Some people like to take a low
risk approach and other are more aggressive.  In this situation with a low risk client the investigators
would immediately break off.  A more aggressive approach would be to continue following the target until
we are certain that there are testing to see if they are being followed.
